1. Processing Time
Generally it takes 2-3 business days for processing after receiving your order. Please allow extra time for tracking information to be updated, as local couriers may experience slight delays.Orders will not be processed on Saturday and Sunday.

2. Delivery Time
We do our best to ship your orders from our warehouses as quickly as possible. After your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

3. Change of Delivery Address
NO FEE for changing shipping address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.

4. Order Tracking
If you have already registered on zeycosplay.com, you can track your order, shipping and handling information on your account. If you have not registered on our website, you can track your order here with your Order ID and email.

5. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately, we will not charge additional handling fees and provide a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply.

6. Shipping Details
We offer Free Shipping on all orders and No tax. We currently only support shipping to the United States and do not support shipping to other regions.

Note:
Handling Days: The Handling Day tells you when a package leaves our warehouse.
Transit Days: The Transit Day is the time it takes the carrier to deliver a product to a customer. Actual delivery dates may vary due to various factors such as shipping delays, weather conditions, etc.

1. For our shipping, please provide a valid contact number, postal code at the shipping address. DO NOT enter P.O Box/APO/FPO address.
2. Delivery is usually done from Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays, working hours only.
3. We offer economic shipping, standard shipping and express shipping, but for some large, heavy, or fragile items cannot be shipped via economy or standard shipping options; these shipping options are only available for small packages. Therefore, some items are only available for express shipping.
